I opened a bottle over the weekend from the Jan 24 batch and the cider was sooo good! I wanted to run out into the street and offer it to strangers.
Why couldn’t this have been the one I shared with Andrew, JJ’s brother. One of the few people I know who have actually tasted proper cider.
I am thinking then, that I should wait about 4 months before tasting or longer. Feb’s batch will be ready for tasting a couple weeks. THere’s enough of that to pass around.
