take it up a notch

the fermentation seemed a little lackluster so I started the remaing half of the yeast in some apple juice then added it and some more sugar into the mix.
Fermentation looks good now bubbling more than 1 a second. might extend the primary another day or two.

found there’s an orchard in valpo that does hard cider. hope to visit soon.
