Dear Sirs:

I had the misfortune to visit the Gloria Jeans coffee stand at the George Ade Travel Plaza Mile Maker 22 (eastbound.) I ordered a mocha and a latte. The Mocha was made with cold coffee meant for frozen cappuccinos and had to be remade and was too bitter to finish. My wife’s latte was extremely hot and so we were some distance down the toll road before she tasted it. It seems to have some sort of syrupy flavoring added to it that made it undrinkable. The artificial flavoring gave her a head ache after one taste. Also, I used my debit card to pay for our coffee and the server did not offer to give me the receipt. She tore it off and threw it into the trash.
I got the impression she was supposed to be in training by her coworker who watched the proceedings closely but couldn’t be bothered to help her correct the mistakes she made. Maybe she was on break.

I am very disapointed in my experience at this location and there is no excuse for this low quality and bad customer service especially in a location that is so hard to return to if you have a complaint.
